It is threaded, and comes apart into three sections, for ease of storage and transportation. It is tall, standing 79cms/ 31" tall. The base is 30cms/ 12" diameter. The shelf is 30cms/ 12" diameter. In amazing condition for its age. It is a genuine vintage item and therefore has some surface scratches/scrapes and discoloration from years of genuine use. The varnish has slight signs of "wear". It has many, many years of service yet to offer. A wonderful, unusual stand from a "by-gone" era!
