A set of four, professional quality, rare and collectible, copper kitchen utensils with riveted iron handles.
The set consists of a Ladle, Spoon, Strainer and Two-Pronged Fork, each with a hanging hole at the end of the handle.
In amazing vintage condition. As with all vintage copper, they have some discoloration, and light, surface scratches, consistent with use, and signs of verdigris in the grooves and indentations. "Aged to perfection", with the perfect amount of "wear" essential for authenticity in styling!
Altogether they weigh 1kg/ 2.2lbs. The strainer is stamped "Made in France" near the handle.
The fork measures 32cms/ 12½" long.
The large, flat circular strainer measures 33.5cms/ 13¼" long, the "holed strainer" is 12cms/ 4¾" diameter.
The ladle is 31cms/ 12¼" long, the bowl is 10cms/ 4" diameter x 5cms/ 2" deep.
The spoon is 32cms/ 12½" long.
Truly stunning, these would look fabulous displayed in any farmhouse/country kitchen.
