This is a set of eight, handmade napkins from the 1980's.
Made in south-west France, they have a delicate sewn and stitched "flower" motif, across one corner and a hand-stitched "zig-zag" border. Fresh and bright.
Generously sized large napkins measuring approx. 15½"/ 39cms square, they vary ever so slightly as they are handmade. They are cream in colour.
In excellent condition, with no marks/stains. Re-usable and washable, organic and natural they are becoming increasingly popular in a world where we want to move away from disposable into sustainable.
