This is a stunning antique, French, waffle iron, dating from the 1920's. It is hinged and has detachable handles that unscrew, for ease of storage and transportation. It has five heart shaped molds.

This is an unusual, quality, item. It is heavy, weighing 2kgs / 4.4 lbs!
It measures 55cms/ 21½" long (with handles), the pan is 17cms/ 6¾" diameter (19cms/ 7½"" to the hinges.) When opened fully it measures 35cms/ 13¾".
It is in amazing condition, still perfectly usable, with a genuine authentic patina. It has an "MF" logo in the centre.
