A superb French enamel standalone baby bath, complete with enamel lid and metal portable/foldable stand.
Dating from the early-mid 1900s it is a lovely example of French enamelware of the time, versatile in design.
This would be the perfect gift for a baby shower, filled with baby essentials for a new mum. Ideal as a garden planter/bird bath or creatively styled into a bathroom setting, for towels/soap storage. A really unusual "talking point".
Filled with ice it could be used to chill Champagne/wine outdoors!
It can still be used as a baby bath, eminently practical and portable, shallow and safe, for those with a desire to recycle and reuse, in style!
A genuine "vintage" item, it has "wear" to the enamel, some chips:grazes and small dents, essential for authenticity in styling!

The bath, when on the stand is 41cms/ 16" tall.

The lid fits snugly, measuring 45cms/ 17¾" long x 27cms/ 10½" wide.
Altogether it weighs 4.2kgs/ 9.25lbs.
