There is: A hand auger, with a 4cms/ 1½" bore, it is 45cms/ 17½, long with a 36cms/ 14" turned wood handle. A joinery saw, with a wooden handle, measuring 36cms/ 14" long. The serrated blade is 24cms/ 9½" long. A wooden handled scraper, measuring 18cms/ 7" long x 6cms/ 2½" wide. An wooden handled awl, measuring 16.5cms/ 6½" long. The handle is 9cms/ 3½" long. Ten carving and joinery chisels, with various shaped heads. The smallest is 19cms/ 7½" long, the largest is 31cms/ 12" long. Some have makers marks stamped into their steel blades. Some have their owners names/initials on the handles. Utterly charming and in amazing condition, they have been extensively treated for "long-gone" woodworm and they have been cleaned with a natural bees wax polish. Altogether this set weighs 2.4kgs/ 5.3lbs.
